Doug is a Master Certified Coach and past President of The International Coach Federation, Orange County Chapter. Doug has spent the last 14 years coaching a large and diverse client base in Southern California.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
The Coaching Perspective provides personal coaching programs for individuals and executives and their key staff members to enhance performance, communication and bottom line results. This is done through individual coaching sessions either face-to-face or by phone. Some clients work on specific issues such as delegation, communications, management practices, and career transition, while others focus on achieving a better balance in their life between business and personal interests.
GROUP COACHING
