Bio & Background
 
Ric Franzi brings over27 years of experience leading organizations through start-up, change, revitalization, turnaround and accelerted growth.  Ric has held a variety of Executive Level Management positions throughout his successful career including the positions of General Manager, Vice  President of Sales and Marketing and Director of Global Sales.
 
He has a wide range of "hands on" executive and business experience including strategic planning, operations, sales and marketing.  As President and GM for Delphi Connection Systems, he improved net income and grew net revenue from $ 65 million to $ 80+ million, while improving on-time delivery and reducing customer complaints.  As Vice President of Sales for Lantronix, Inc., Ric was an integral member of the executive team which took the firm public in a $ 60 million initial offering.  During his tenure as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Clearview Networks, Inc., Ric was instrumental in securing early stage funding for the high  tech start-up.  Ric spent 14 years leading the global sales team for an operating business within Tektronix, Inc.
 
As the Co-owner of Renaissance Executive Forums-Orange County, Ric is an engaging professional facilitator with the ability to put others at ease, quickly building relationships based upon mutual trust and benefit.  Ric brings to this process a wealth of experience working with top executives and business owners, facilitating effective meetings and managing structured processes.
 
Ric is a graduate of the Unversity of Pittsburgh and Pepperdine University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric Communications and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) respectively.
 
Ric is active in the Orange County business community as a member of the Executive Council for the Cal State-Fullerton Business School.  He is a member of the Forum for Coporate Directors where he leads the new member subcomittee.   He also sits on the Board of Directors for 2-1-1 Orange County and is the Chairman of the Board for Hope University in Anaheim, California.
